Melding the deep grooves of blues and R&B with creative, original storytelling, Assembly of Dust has developed a sizable following on the East Coast for their rich country-accented melodies, impressive chops and epic live performances. Formed in 2002 by lead vocalist and songwriter Reid Genauer after he left cult jam stars Strangefolk, AOD's aptly labeled "hick funk," has been compared to the likes of Paul Simon, CSNY, and The Band.
