Frank Manzi
Plus: Jake Manzi

Frank Manzi has quietly (well, not TOO quietly) been making top-shelf music for nearly three decades in Western Massachusetts. A former member of popular Massachusetts act, The Breakdown, Manzi is a passionate singer and writer, straight out of the Springsteen/Mellencamp school of rock. In 2014 Frank was featured performer at the first-ever Orsone & Bastianich Music Festival in Udine, Italy, invited by food and wine guru and fellow musician/singer Joe Bastianich. He and Joe met at an event in Connectictut and shared the microphone on Bruce Springsteen’s “Thunder Road” in a spontaneous moment. Manzi has recently been working on a recording with  his immediate family members which is due to be out in the near future. We'll likely hear some of the musical results of these recordings as well as new songs and some gems from his many albums when Frank and his band play this holiday week show at the Iron Horse. Frank's son Jake will open the show with a new batch of his own tunes.
